Full Moon Fire Circles
Feel deeply. Belong fully. See differently. Act courageously.
I will be holding Full Moon Fire Circles, starting Friday, May 1st, 2026. These Circles are open and Free, for those who feel called to connect with the energy of the moon and others in ceremony, song, contemplation, opening and offering. You are welcome to join me, along with other wonderful local witches, mystics, dancers, singers, and heart centred folk as well as the Spirits of this land and waters at Millcreek, our Ancestors and other welcome Spirits.
The Fire Circles will be facilitated, but open to contributions. You are welcome to bring offerings (of song, poetry, story, ceremony...) to the Circle as well as anything you want to offer up to the fire or the Moon. We will lightly move through a Spiral - inspired by The Work that Reconnects - opening space for Gratitude, Honouring our Pain, Seeing with New (and old) Eyes and Movement/ Inspiration/ Collaboration.

Around the Fire in the Inner Sanctuary of the lower Mill ruins or inside by the Fire in the Great Room.
Please dress for the weather, bring any water/drinks or snacks you may want or to share. We will likely have a pot of something warming on the fire. There are some benches and chairs, but you are also invited to bring a folding chair, cushions, blankets, bug spray etc. to be comfortable.

About Krista Long and Spirit Dreamer Healing
Krista is a Shamanic and Reiki Practitioner. Through her business, Spirit Dreamer Healing, she offers Shamanic energy healing sessions for individuals and couples, as well as group healing workshops. Sessions can help to identify the old stories or beliefs we hold on to, remove blocks in our energy field and heal past traumas and patterns in our lives. Krista also offers Reiki and energy communication with animals, and Connecting to Animal Energy workshops for the people in those animals’ lives. Sessions are in person, online, or through distance healing.
Travelling Workshops
A 2-3 hr workshop, offered wherever small groups would call me.
The energies rising on Earth at this time (for men and women) are pushing us to uncover our intuition and embrace our deeper power and purpose. This is an interactive- and fun!- hands on workshop for bodies and souls at any stage in life. Learn to listen to what the body is telling you, understand pain, dis-ease and menopause ‘“symptoms" (or sensations) in a different way and open to what wants to move through you!
Through simple hands on exercises we can:

- Balance hormones, metabolic and energy distribution systems
- Reconnect to powerful sources of energy and call your energies back
- Clear, connect and work with your Chakras
Strengthen and spread your energetic wings! When you know how to listen to and work with your own energy, you can uncover and release what is holding your deeper Self back and you can embrace this powerful time of change with curiosity, ease and joy!
3-Day Plant Medicine Retreat
Experience the Teaching and Openings of Psilocybin in a Safe, Supported and Sacred Setting
omAccommodations are off site at a wonderful local B&B for groups of oor a magical shared riverside guest house.energy medicine work, along with rest and reflection in a magical, sacred setting.
Retreats start at 11am on Wednesday, with a light lunch after which we open our group circle. The Retreat ends on Saturday around noon after an delicious brunch and Integration circle.
There are two Psilocybin Journey Sessions (an introductory session on Wednesday afternoon/ evening and a deeper Ceremony on Friday), with a day in between for rest, group reflection, walking writing and individual energy sessions. Delicious lunches, brunches and dinners are provided, cooked in-house by our chef, Yasser Qahawish.
Accommodations are off site at a wonderful local B&B for groups 4-6 or or a magical shared riverside guest house for groups of 3.
Participants are screened for readiness and needs, and their fit with the group. Participants are welcome to come for preparatory in-person energy sessions on the Tuesday before and can choose to stay for a private integration sessions on Saturday afternoon.
