Energy is the magic of the universe, our Earth and our bodies.

And the flow of energy is integral to our health and wellbeing.

When our energy is stuck, constricted, disconnected or misaligned we can experience pain, physical and mental health imbalances, confusion and disease, hyper sensitivities and numbness, as well as chronic or life threatening conditions. When our energy is flowing, connected and balanced we can experience health, vitality, resilience and joy!

Energy Medicine techniques are gentle and non-invasive, yet powerful and life changing. I have seen this work support both subtle and dramatic healing and affect both simple and profound shifts in physical wellness, emotional and mental health and life circumstances. Energy medicine is powerful and effective on its own or in conjunction with other medical treatment or therapies.

What is Energy Medicine?

Christie Eakin Young, EEM-CP

I am a certified Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner. My practice integrates techniques and wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, kinesiology, and qi gong as well as Taoism. Mystical and Shamanic traditions, Indigenous teachings, Journey work, sound healing and metaphysics.

I am intuitive and deeply guided in my practice. In my sessions, we ask your body and energy to show us what is going on and guide us toward your healing and transformation.

I am honoured to work with individuals, parents, caregivers, young people and children who are looking for new (& old) approaches to healing and understanding. Whatever it is that brings you here, I am confident we can unravel what is happening for you or your child and uncover your path to wellness and vitality.

I can help you to listen to what your body is telling you, to quiet the energetic and mind created noise, to soften the layers, wake up, realign and strengthen your energy systems and to attune more deeply to what is calling you. I can help you more powerfully and more joyfully navigate these challenging and revelatory times.

Our energies affect and are affected by those around us as well as by collective energies. The Earth is in a transformation and our bodies are more sensitive and tuned in than ever before!

It is not a surprise that more children have complex 'behavioural challenges', young adults more physical and mental health issues, adults more pain, burnout or disease, and more families are struggling or in crisis.

Healing happens and insight arises when we listen, let go and let the intelligent, miraculous energy that flows through everything, do what it is intended to do.
